Also look for red tea or “rooibos” from south africa. The studies say it has the same immune defense qualities but not the caffeine, quite a bonus if you are like me and six cups of tea a day would end me up in the looney bin by the third day. caffeine is one powerful ass drug so perhaps a little black tea, alot more red, would do the trick.
I’d like to see a study on decaf black tea, does it have the same healing qualities as the caffinated? If you know, drop a line would you?
