I haven’t really figured out where anything was done wrong.. Or why people beleive the police needed a warrant to conduct this search. they clearly asked for permission to enter and search. DUMBASS SAID YES. Everyone know ya dont let police in your house.

Supposedly. This ruling allows for searches to be performed “if an officer fears for his safety” (a subjective condition) stemming from a lawsuit filed in Denham Springs in 2000. Im still searching for that bit i guess…
