Another Ruby Ridge may be coming in Michigan
If you haven’t yet heard about Lyle Barkley’s struggles with Charlevoix County and Bay Township, Michigan, you probably will soon enough. He’s fighting a court order to remove some trailers from his property, and has vowed to defend his rights by whatever means necessary. An armed 600 man militia from Denver has agreed to help him defend his property against government authorities, and two Michigan based militias are also planning to join the fray. Barkley’s supporters have set up a blog to keep the public informed. It sounds like this situation could turn ugly in the next few days. If the feds get involved, they’ll have to brand Barkley and his family as terrorists, and I don’t see that charge sticking against a patriotic American who’s just trying to defend his property rights. Whether or not he’s in the wrong legally won’t matter to most people; morally, people are going to feel for this guy if the situation develops into another Waco/Ruby Ridge scenario.

It’s going to be interesting to see how this plays out. Anybody using any brains would look into this man’s complaint of unfair dealings with his permit to have trailers on his land rather than just sending in the Feds and whatever other Waco-like black ops forces. It’s not going to play well a man on his own land, hundreds of flag waving, constitution clutching patriots, getting shot at.
I think alot of this could have been averted if Lyle would have just gotten a lawyer but I can understand not wanting to spend the time and frustration money on one of them.
I hope this is resolved peacefully and quickly in Lyle’s favor, the little man in this country could use a victory.

HELL YEAH! I hope they do go in a-guns ablaizin’! we need a martyr in these endtimes to start the fire. get the militias goin’! I hope everyone dies! and it shows how re-god damn diculous this fucking country is becomming. all these little laws chippnig away at our civil RIGHTS! for christ sake, this and the mandatory garbage bag in your car shit. if you dont have a certified garbage bag (and a fast food bag dont count, you’ll get charged for that) its a $95 ticket. FOR NOT HAVING A PLASTIC BAG in your car. you cant use your car as a trash bin. shit thats what kept me from littering when i was a younger driver! next step, they’re gonna charge you a fine for not having a garbage bag in your house… I can see it now **** “Mr. Legba, we’ve come to inspect your ‘patriotism’, what?! no state certified garbage bag? here’s a fine for $3000, that’ll learn you to live like a dirty pig!”. -the end
