Bill Bennett - Video Poker Czar?
Interesting revelations about former drug czar and morality advocate William Bennett, courtesy of Washington Monthly. Seems he’s got quite a taste for $500 a pull slot machines, and he’s racked up roughly $8 million in losses over the past 10 years. I suppose he could write off the losses as “research expenses” for his new book, “The Card Counter’s Book of Virtues.”
“There’s a term in the trade for this kind of gambler,” says a casino source who has witnessed Bennett at the high-limit slots in the wee hours. “We call them losers.”

This is why pot isn’t legal, if it was there’d be no money for self-righteous, christian, buffet eating fat fucks to gamble with.
Why does this suprise me? Enrage Me? These folks just have an endless supply of hypocrisy and their irony gland was bred out centuries ago during the Knights Templar “rape a pagan” festivals.
And ol’ Bill, he doesn’t even play the “I got a problem” card. Nope, Bill just says he doesn’t play the milk money and ain’t nobody’s business but his own. Well, I agree with that, but only if I get to play by those rules too.
Next time your in Vegas, Bill, don’t go easy on that steam table bacon.
